Celtic boss Neil Lennon's confirmed they've had a big offer for Aiden McGeady.

 

Spartak Moscow were reported to have had a bid of more than 8 million pounds turned down last month, while  Aston Villa and Spurs are also thought to be interested in the winger.

 

And his manager admits they could struggle to keep hold of him.

 

McGeady's in London with the rest of the squad for the Emirates Cup and is expected to play some part in the tournament after recovering from a back injury.

 

They take on Lyon tomorrow and Arsenal on Sunday.

 

Meanwhile, Paddy McCourt's signed a new 3 year deal with the club.

 

And former Celtic target David James has signed a 1 year deal with Bristol City.

 

The England keeper had been due to meet Neil Lennon in Glasgow earlier this week but cancelled because of family reasons.

Portsmouth striker John Utaka admits he's desperate to move to Rangers, but his agent says there's been no official contact from the Ibrox side.

 

She confirmed there has been intial talks with a third party representative, but nothing from manager Walter Smith or Chief Executive Martin Bain.

The 24 year old's 134 points ahead of Olympic champion Nataliya Dobrynska who's second.

Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel set the pace in today's practice sessions ahead of Sunday's Hungarian Grand Prix.

 

The German's favourite to make it four pole positions out of four.

 

Ferrari's Fernando Alonso was second with Mark Webber in the other Red Bull third.

 

Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button were sixth and ninth fastest.
